At Cutytopin, your satisfaction is our masterpiece. We want you to love the art you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your artwork to initiate a return. To be eligible, please ensure you contact us within this timeframe.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition.
The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials, to ensure its safety during transit.
How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these simple steps to begin the return process:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@cutytopin.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include “Return Request” and your order number in the subject line.
Provide Details: In your email, please state your order number and the reason for the return. For damaged items, please see the specific section below.
Await Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions on how to package the artwork and where to send it. Please do not ship the item until you have received our authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take the utmost care in packaging our art, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please email info@cutytopin.com with:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photographs of the damaged artwork AND the packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no expense to you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Cutytopin will cover the full cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-commissioned artworks or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return.
