1. Return and Refund Eligibility
You may return your artwork for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the artwork is in its original condition and packaging. The following conditions must be met for a return:
- The artwork must be undamaged and in the same condition as when it was received.
- All original packaging, including protective materials, must be returned with the artwork.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
2. How to Return an Item

3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Custom or personalized artworks.
- Artworks that have been altered, framed, or modified in any way.
- Sales or clearance items marked as final sale.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned artwork, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@cutytopin.com with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your artwork for a different piece, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned artwork, we will process your exchange and ship your new piece as soon as possible.
