Cutytopin Terms of Sale

Introduction
Thank you for choosing Cutytopin. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of artwork and other products (“Products”) made through our website, cutytopin.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This policy is an integral part of our overall Terms of Service.
1. Pricing and Currency
All prices for Products are listed on the Website and are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Full payment is required before any order is processed and dispatched.
By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
3. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout. The final amount, including taxes, will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. For international orders, please see Section 5 below.
4. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute its acceptance. A purchase contract is formed only when we have processed your payment and dispatched your order. Please review your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately at info@cutytopin.com if you notice any errors.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size of the artwork and the destination address. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient is responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@cutytopin.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been processed for shipping. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Refund and Return Policy.
7. Product Representation
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our artwork as accurately as possible on the Website. However, please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and screen calibrations. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be an exact representation of the physical piece.
8. Title and Risk of Loss
Title to the Products passes to you upon our receipt of full payment. The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
