At Cutytopin, we understand that the journey of your new artwork to its home is paramount. We are committed to ensuring your purchase is handled with the utmost care, packaged professionally, and delivered to you in a safe and timely manner. This policy outlines all aspects of our shipping process.
2. Order Processing Time
This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). During this time, your artwork undergoes a final quality check and is professionally packaged.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States): Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your art. Our primary domestic carriers include:

UPS
United States Postal Service (USPS)
The specific carrier for your order will be determined by the size, value, and destination of the artwork.
4. Domestic Shipping: Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork’s dimensions, weight, and your location. We offer the following estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
The final calculated shipping cost and estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout.
5. International Shipping: Availability & Rates
We are proud to offer international shipping to art lovers around the world. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the specifics of the artwork. Please be aware that delivery times for international orders can vary significantly depending on the destination and local customs processing.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
This is a critical point for our international customers:
The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country.
Cutytopin has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
7. Professional Packaging & Handling
Every piece of art is handled with gallery-level care. We use multi-layered, specialized protective materials, including reinforced corners, bubble wrap, rigid foam, and sturdy, double-walled cardboard boxes to ensure your artwork is completely secure during transit.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. For large artworks, we may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
10. Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your artwork arrives with any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve this, please follow the steps outlined in the “Damaged or Incorrect Items” section of our Refund and Return Policy.
11. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and building management. If the package is still not found, please contact us at info@cutytopin.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to open an investigation and determine the next steps.
